What's a typical day look like for you?
Lots of emails, lots of calls, juggling things around, and chasing people for answers. Also looking out of the window to get inspiration for solving issues.
What is your favourite power platform feature and why?
Customer Service - it's at the heart of practically every single org on the planet, and can be THE deciding factor in whether a customer will continue to switch to a different provider
What do you love most about working in this industry?
It's amazing to be able to solve challenges using technology, and enable/empower both people and organisations!
How did you get into the tech industry?
Born into it.
What single bit of advice would you give a newbie to the industry?
There's no such thing as a silly/stupid question. If you don't understand something, #DoTheThing and ask it! I ask questions the entire time to learn more.
Name one hobby or other interest you have outside of tech?
Motorbiking & reading
