What's a typical day look like for you?
I wake up. Check my emails. Wake up my daughter. Take my daughter to school. Start meetings. Lunch. Start meetings again. Pick-up my daughter from school. Do something for the community (planning or actually something)
What is your favourite power platform/dynamics 365 app or feature and why?
Customer Service, because of how it evolved in the last few years.
What do you love most about working in this industry?
The unlimited opportunities to learn.
How did you get into the tech industry?
By mistake.
What single bit of advice would you give a newbie to the industry?
Don't be afraid of the challenges.
Be passionate with what you do.
Name one hobby or other interest you have outside of tech?
I collect mini-bottles (I have around 400)
